Site inspections begin at foundation stage and will occur at each major construction phase.
Certificate of Insurance is issued once the building has met all the sign off requirements. Cover begins at this point.
Our free Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) allows your homeowner defect concerns to be dealt with in a prompt and effective manner during the Defects Insurance Period.
