Helping to support our developer’s and builder’s sales and marketing teams, Premier Guarantee registered sites will also have access to free branded marketing materials and literature, including flags, site boards, Show Home Brochures, Homeowner Handbooks and branded goods such as keyrings, mugs, pens and pencils.

Premier Guarantee registered sites will receive a free copy of the Technical Manual – a comprehensive manual of our technical standards, written by industry experts – once their registration is complete. The Technical Manual is constantly being updated to the highest standards, with Version 12 now available to download for free.
Each Premier Guarantee registered site is placed with a dedicated Account Manager and Surveyor, ensuring that the same team works on a build throughout its entire lifecycle. In addition to this, our Customer Services Unit will provide an audit when plots are 75% complete to ensure there are no issues that could arise to delay completion.
