Premier Guarantee has delivered exemplary service levels at the busiest time in the construction calendar. December's year end approvals reached an all-time high with 73% increase on Certificates of Insurance issued in 2015 against 2014 levels, as well as record levels of new business received. At the same time there has been a significant increase in customer satisfaction.
