We would like to draw your attention to the recent government MHCLG Circular Letter covering ‘Requirement B4’ 01 July 2019.
This is a reminder that regardless of height, or type, clients and their design team should consider the extent and arrangement of any combustible materials and / or attachments that are proposed for inclusion in any external wall.
In particular, they should consider whether by including these elements the overall intent of Requirement B4 continues to be met. Premier Guarantee has always required that projects comply with all statutory regulations and will continue to do so as part of our service to our clients.
