Each property at Chevin Park has been designed and decorated to a high quality standard and finish. The contemporary design combines elegant period features with modern fittings. The external works have blended new and existing materials very well; the style of the doors and windows externally are in keeping with the overall character of the Victorian architecture. Work to the roofs has been carried out carefully in order to minimise any alterations to the original look. Materials were reused where possible and are in keeping with our Technical Manual requirements. We are very proud to be part of this build and look forward to the future phases.

Chevin Park has been recognised with a number of awards over the last four years which is testimony to the hard work of the entire team. Even now when I stand back and look at a finished plot, I am still blown away by the standard of home we have created and feel extremely proud.
