When purchasing a new property you will be asked by your developer to undertake a handover inspection of the property. Any damage such as marks, chips, scuffs, scratches and staining must be noted to your developer at the time of the inspection as such damage is not covered by Premier Guarantee.

If you do have a problem with your home, and you believe it’s covered by your warranty with Premier Guarantee, then please raise your claim via the Claim Notification Portal. Once you have submitted your case, our specialist Claims team will review your case and get back to you with an updated within 5 working days.
