As a founding member of the Consumer Code for Home Builders all Premier Guarantee Registered Developers and Builders must adhere to the rules of the code.
The Consumer Code for Home Builders was set up to protect the interests of homebuyers during the purchase of newly built homes and applies to all reservations made on properties after the 1st April 2010.
